Hello students - 

This session will introduce you to tools associated with online communities, why it's important to have an easy to understand user interface (UI), adding tools that increase the ease of use, and learning the ropes before you jump in.

  1. First Section - Discussing some common Online Community Tools.
  2. Second Section - The importance of increasing the ease of use, and having a straight forward site.
  3. Third Section - Identifying the importance of observing before contributing.
